CHAPTER 36-16. ELECTRICIANS AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS

The State Electrical Commission shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to provide for the reinstatement of an expired license and for a reinstatement fee not to exceed one hundred dollars.
