SDCL § 36-20B-22: Eligibility to apply for certificate--Promulgation of rules.

An individual who passes the examination, and who satisfies the requirements set forth in § 36-20B-21, may apply for a certificate in accordance with requirements established by the board, in rule promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26. The board shall grant or renew a certificate to any person who makes application and demonstrates qualifications that are in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
