SDCL § 36-25-12: Compensation of secretary-treasurer and employees--Other expenses.

The Bureau of Human Resources and Administration shall set the compensation of the secretary-treasurer, and of such other inspectors and assistants as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter, and the State Plumbing Commission may incur such other expense as may be necessary.
