SDCL § 36-25-24: Apprentice and temporary license fees--Promulgation of rules.

The commission shall promulgate rules, in accordance with chapter 1-26, on fees for:

(1) An application for an initial apprentice license;

(2) An initial apprentice license;

(3) The annual renewal of an apprentice license;

(4) An examination for a third-year apprentice; and

(5) A temporary license.

The temporary license fee must be paid prior to taking the examination for the first time. No fee may exceed fifty dollars.
