SDCL § 36-25-4: Oath of office of commission members--Tenure.

TITLE 36. PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
CHAPTER 36-25. PLUMBERS

Members of the commission shall qualify by taking and subscribing the oath of office required by other state officers, which shall be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State. Each member shall hold office until his successor is appointed and qualified.
