SDCL § 36-26-9: Board of examiners within Department of Social Services--Exercise of functions--Records and reports.

The Board of Social Work Examiners shall be within the Department of Social Services, and shall exercise all its prescribed functions, including administrative functions. The board shall submit such records, information and reports in the form and at such times as required by the secretary of social services, and the board shall also report annually.
