SDCL § 36-29-31: Background check--Compact participants--Costs.

The board shall implement procedures for the completion of a state and federal fingerprint-based criminal background check for an athletic trainer seeking to participate in the athletic trainer compact adopted by § 36-29A-1. The athletic trainer must pay for the cost of fingerprinting and conducting the background check.
