SDCL § 36-29-6: License fees--Promulgation of rules.

The board shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to set:

(1) Application fees, not to exceed one hundred dollars; and

(2) Licensure renewal fees, not to exceed fifty dollars.
