SDCL § 36-32-50: Removal for cause--Vacancy.

CHAPTER 36-32. PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS

The Governor may remove a board member for cause. The Governor shall appoint a new member to serve out an unexpired term in the case of a vacancy for any reason.
