CHAPTER 36-4B. ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT PERSONNEL

It is a Class 2 misdemeanor for any person not licensed in accordance with this chapter to purport to be, or practice as, an emergency medical services personnel. Each violation is a separate offense.
