SDCL § 36-5-29: Unauthorized practice as chiropractic assistant--Misdemeanor.

Any person who practices or attempts to practice as a chiropractic assistant without first having secured a certificate of registration from the board and an annual renewal is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
