CHAPTER 36-6A. DENTISTS, DENTAL HYGIENISTS AND DENTAL AUXILIARIES

Every five years of licensure or registration, each licensee or registrant shall provide the board evidence, of a nature suitable to the board that a licensee or registrant has attended, or participated in an amount of board approved continuing education or continuing competency as shall be required by the board.
