CHAPTER 36-6A. DENTISTS, DENTAL HYGIENISTS AND DENTAL AUXILIARIES

Each licensee or registrant, upon changing his or her place of residence, name, place of employment, or place of business shall, within ten days thereafter, furnish the board with updated information.
