CHAPTER 36-6A. DENTISTS, DENTAL HYGIENISTS AND DENTAL AUXILIARIES

The board shall continue within the Department of Health, and shall retain all its prescribed functions, including administrative functions. The board shall submit records, information, and reports in the form and at times required by the secretary of health. However, the board shall report at least annually.
