SDCL § 36-9-47: Reinstatement of lapsed license.

CHAPTER 36-9. REGISTERED AND PRACTICAL NURSES

Any licensee who allows a license to lapse by failure to renew the license as provided in § 36-9-45 may be reinstated by the board on satisfactory explanation for such failure to renew and payment of the required fee.
