SDCL § 36-9-58.3: Survey of educational program of applicant institution--Interim approval.

A survey of the educational program of any institution applying under § 36-9-58.2 shall be made by the board. If the board finds that the curricula and standards required by it and this chapter are met, the institution's program shall receive interim approval until a survey is made following graduation of the first class.
