CHAPTER 36-9. REGISTERED AND PRACTICAL NURSES

The South Dakota Board of Nursing may establish a nurses' education assistance scholarship program and adopt rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to provide the criteria for applicant eligibility and program administration.
