SDCL § 36-9-8: Qualifications of licensed practical nurse members of board.

Each licensed practical nurse member of the board shall be licensed in good standing as a practical nurse in this state, shall be a graduate of an approved program for the preparation of licensed practical nurses, shall have at least five years experience since graduation as a licensed practical nurse, and shall have been actively engaged in practical nursing for at least three of the last four years preceding appointment.
