TITLE 37. TRADE REGULATION
CHAPTER 37-10. UNFAIR CIGARETTE SALES

Any contract, expressed or implied, made by any person in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, is declared to be an illegal and void contract and no recovery shall be made thereon.
