SDCL § 4-8A-4: Meetings of special committee--Quorum.

CHAPTER 4-8A. INTERIM TRANSFERS AND APPROPRIATIONS

The special committee shall meet upon the call of the chair or co-chairs between regular legislative sessions. A majority of the membership constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
