CHAPTER 40-1. CRUELTY, ABUSE AND INJURY TO ANIMALS

The board may contract with a humane society incorporated pursuant to chapter 40-2 to enforce the provisions of this chapter concerning cattle, horses, sheep, swine, and other livestock.
