SDCL § 43-25-36: Rights of good faith purchaser or encumbrancer protected against fraud.

The rights of a purchaser or encumbrancer in good faith and for value are not to be impaired by any of the provisions of §§ 43-25-32 to 43-25-35, inclusive.
