TITLE 44. LIENS
CHAPTER 44-13. AMBULANCE SERVICE LIENS

Any lien established by virtue of this chapter may be foreclosed by action or compromised and settled in the manner prescribed by chapter 28-14, relating to public aid to poor liens.
