TITLE 45. MINING, OIL AND GAS
CHAPTER 45-6B. MINED LAND RECLAMATION

The application must be accompanied by:

(1) A nonrefundable fee of one hundred dollars; and

(2) A surety, in an amount determined sufficient by the board to cover the cost of reclamation, but not exceeding thirty-eight thousand five hundred dollars.
