TITLE 46A. WATER MANAGEMENT
CHAPTER 46A-10A. COUNTY DRAINAGE

Upon adoption of any drainage ordinance or other official drainage control, including any maps or charts, the county auditor shall file a certified copy thereof with the county register of deeds.
