SDCL § 46A-10A-51: Publication of election notice.

CHAPTER 46A-10A. COUNTY DRAINAGE

The board or commission shall give ten days' notice of an election held under § 46A-10A-50 by publication in an official newspaper in the proposed coordinated drainage area.
