TITLE 46A. WATER MANAGEMENT
CHAPTER 46A-11. DRAINAGE ASSESSMENTS AND BONDS

Assessments shall be paid to the county treasurer and assessment proceeds shall be remitted to the holders of assessment certificates upon order of the board for the particular project.
