TITLE 46A. WATER MANAGEMENT
CHAPTER 46A-18. WATER PROJECT DISTRICTS

All funds of the district shall be deposited by the district secretary-treasurer in a depository designated and approved by the directors and all warrants shall be drawn on the district.
