CHAPTER 49-41B. ENERGY CONVERSION AND TRANSMISSION FACILITIES

A local review committee may employ any personnel the committee determines necessary to carry out the provisions of § 49-41B-7, subject to the approval of the commission. The applicant shall pay the expenses of the personnel.
