CHAPTER 49-48. FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF ELECTRIC FACILITIES

Any prohibited person that acquires, including by devise or descent, any interest in an electric facility, in violation of this chapter, shall fully divest the interest within one year from the date of acquisition.
