SDCL § 50-10-9: Regulations--Limitations.

No airport zoning regulation adopted under this chapter may be unreasonable. No regulation may require the removal, lowering, or other change or alteration of any structure or obstruction not conforming to the regulation when adopted or amended, or otherwise interfere with the continuance of any nonconforming use, except as provided in § 11-14-16.
