SDCL § 50-4-17: Expenditure of funds.

CHAPTER 50-4. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF AVIATION FACILITIES

The department shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall issue warrants to expend the funds appropriated by § 50-4-14. The funds shall be expended as provided in § 50-4-14.
