CHAPTER 50-5. CERTIFIED AIRPORTS, SCHOOLS AND NAVIGATION FACILITIES

The approval requirements of § 50-5-1 do not apply to temporary airports used only by aircraft while engaged in providing emergency medical services or other emergency services.
