SDCL § 51A-19-7: Actions not wrongful dishonor.

CHAPTER 51A-19. FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION PREVENTION

Notwithstanding any other law, the refusal by a financial institution to engage in a transaction in accordance with this chapter does not constitute the wrongful dishonor of an item under § 57A-4-402.
