TITLE 55. FIDUCIARIES AND TRUSTS
CHAPTER 55-4. UNIFORM TRUSTS ACT

This chapter shall apply only to testamentary trusts created by wills or codicils executed after July 1, 1943 and to nontestamentary trusts created after July 1, 1943.
