CHAPTER 55-7. THIRD-PARTY RESPONSIBILITY FOR FIDUCIARY ACTS

Sections 55-7-2 to 55-7-15, inclusive, shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact them.
