CHAPTER 58-1. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

Nothing contained in §§ 58-1-40 to 58-1-43, inclusive, shall abrogate or supersede the provisions set forth in chapter 58-33 relating to unfair trade practices.
