CHAPTER 58-11A. LIFE AND HEALTH POLICY LANGUAGE SIMPLIFICATION

Other reading tests may be approved by the director of the Division of Insurance for use as an alternative to the Flesch Reading Ease Tests if it is comparable in result to the Flesch Reading Ease Test.
