CHAPTER 58-16. GROUP LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES

No policy of group life insurance shall be delivered in this state unless it conforms to one of the descriptions in §§ 58-16-2, 58-16-7, 58-16-12, 58-16-23, and 58-16-30.
