SDCL § 58-17A-13: Review of advertisements of issuers providing medicare supplement insurance.

Every issuer providing medicare supplement insurance policies or certificates in this state shall provide, prior to its use, a copy of any advertisement used in this state whether through written, radio, or television medium to the director for review.
