SDCL § 58-17B-8: Adoption of rules to establish loss ratio standards.

The director may adopt rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, establishing loss ratio standards for long-term care insurance policies provided that a specific reference to long-term insurance policies is contained in the regulation.
