SDCL § 58-18A-74: Sharing of allowable expenses equally.

CHAPTER 58-18A. COORDINATION OF BENEFITS OF HEALTH PLANS

If the preceding provisions of §§ 58-18A-69 to 58-18A-73, inclusive, do not determine the order of benefits, the allowable expenses shall be shared equally between the plans.
