CHAPTER 58-28. SEPARATE LIFE INSURANCE AND ANNUITY ACCOUNTS

Any individual variable life insurance or annuity contracts delivered or issued for delivery in this state shall contain grace, reinstatement, and nonforfeiture provisions appropriate to such a contract.
