SDCL § 58-29A-58: Representation of member insurers on board--Domestic insurers.

CHAPTER 58-29A. INSURANCE GUARANTY ASSOCIATION

In approving selections to the board, the director shall consider, among other things, whether all member insurers are fairly represented. No less than two members of the board shall be domestic insurers.
