SDCL § 58-33-120: Education of members of armed forces in accordance with Department of Defense instruction permitted.

Nothing in §§ 58-33-117 to 58-33-130, inclusive, abrogates the ability of nonprofit organizations or other organizations to educate members of the armed forces of the United States in accordance with Department of Defense DoD Instruction 1344.07--PERSONAL COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION ON DOD INSTALLATIONS as of January 1, 2008.
