SDCL § 58-33-140: Value-added product or service--Promulgation of rules.

The director shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 regarding the permitted practices in §§ 58-33-136 to 58-33-139, inclusive, to ensure consumer protection, consumer data protections and privacy, consumer disclosure, standard forms, definition of terms, and to prevent unfair discrimination.
