SDCL § 58-33-3: Acts constituting unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive practices.

The following are hereby defined as unfair methods of competition and unfair and deceptive acts or practices in the business of insurance, viz: The commission of any one or more of the acts prohibited by §§ 58-33-4 to 58-33-37, inclusive.
