SDCL § 58-33-37.1: Aggregation of false claims or applications committed pursuant to one course of conduct.

Amounts involved in false claims or applications for insurance committed pursuant to one scheme or course of conduct, whether from the same person or several persons, may be aggregated in determining the degree of the offense under § 58-33-37.
