SDCL § 58-33-41: Appeal from director's order.

If the director's report made under § 58-33-38, or order on hearing made under § 58-33-40 does not charge a violation of this chapter, then any intervener in the proceedings may appeal therefrom within the time and in the manner provided in chapter 1-26.
