SDCL § 58-33-55: Waiting period before entry of default order or judgment.

No cease or desist order or judgment by default under §§ 58-33-51 to 58-33-53, inclusive, shall be entered until the expiration of thirty days from the date of the filing of the affidavit of compliance.
